[1] As you peruse the page 64 Chapter Opener, notice the variety of grammatical terms for forms or patterns relevant to “Adjectives & Adverbs.” Note how the ten Lesson Contexts in which they occur all relate to “Business & Work.”   

[2] In Lesson 31, apply the “Order of Adjectives in Noun/Pronoun Phrases” to describe positions, businesses, employees, skills, interests, workers, and yourself in regard to jobs. (Use given and your own vocabulary.) In L32, (ask and) answer questions about “Job Interviews” with “Adjectives After Linking Verbs.” In Exercises of L33, finish statements and answer questions about “Successful Interviews” and your own views—by completing certain verbs with adjective complements after noun objects. L34 also uses adjectives/adverbs in the positive degree—to express (in)equality with as + Adjective/Adverb + asComparative forms are covered in L35; Double Comparatives (the...the), in L36; Superlatives, in L36. 

[3] The Chapter ends with three Lessons 38-40, considered advanced because they address “Adjective Clauses.” These cover Relative Pronouns Who(m), Which, That + Relative Adverbs Where, When; Clauses That Function as Subjects vs. Objects vs. Adverbs; and “Reduced” Clauses (“Adjectives after Nouns & Pronouns”).
