At 78 years of age, I know how to live a more comfortable, low stress, more productive, and happier life.
My two step process is simple. It may not be easy to learn, but it really works, once you do learn it.
STEP 1: Become absolutely clear about what you CAN control, and what you CAN'T control.
STEP 2: If you are EVER uncomfortable about, or are struggling with a problem, "listen" to your gut! How you FEEL is a pure indicator of whether you have control.
So, ask yourself: What can I do about this, RIGHT NOW? You will know what to do, or you will NOT know what to do. And your gut will clear. The discomfort will go away.
